Karınca İmparatorluğu'nu ("Uygulama") indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmayın.
Uygulama, RuiCodex tarafından geliştirilen ücretsiz bir mobil oyundur. Uygulama "olduğu gibi" (as is) ve "mevcut olduğu şekliyle" sunulur; kesintisiz, hatasız veya belirli bir amaca uygun olacağına dair açık ya da örtülü hiçbir garanti verilmez.
Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde, RuiCodex; Uygulamanın kullanımından veya kullanılamamasından doğan — oyun ilerlemesinin kaybı, veri kaybı, cihaz arızası, kâr kaybı dahil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere — doğrudan, dolaylı, arızi veya sonuçsal hiçbir zarardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
Oyun içindeki kaynaklar, kristaller ve diğer öğeler gerçek parasal değer taşımaz, Uygulama dışında kullanılamaz, devredilemez ve paraya çevrilemez. RuiCodex oyun dengesini (üretim hızları, maliyetler, seviye eşikleri) önceden bildirmeksizin değiştirebilir.
İsteğe bağlı bulut yedeği hizmeti, makul çaba esasıyla sunulur. Sunucu bakımı, arıza veya hizmetin sonlandırılması hâlinde sunucudaki yedeklerin erişilebilirliği garanti edilmez; kalıcı kayıt cihazınızdaki yerel kayıttır. Verilerinizin işlenme biçimi Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanmıştır.
Uygulamayı tersine mühendislikle çözmek, sunucu uçlarını amacı dışında kullanmak, hile veya otomasyon araçlarıyla sunucuya istek göndermek ve liderlik tablosunu manipüle etmek yasaktır. Bu kurallara aykırılık hâlinde sunucu tarafı verileriniz silinebilir.
Uygulamanın tüm görsel, işitsel ve yazılımsal içeriği RuiCodex'e aittir ve izinsiz kopyalanamaz, dağıtılamaz.
Bu koşullar değişirse güncellenmiş sürüm bu sayfada yayımlanır ve "Son güncelleme" tarihi değiştirilir. Değişiklikten sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmek, yeni koşulları kabul anlamına gelir.

The App is a free mobile game developed by RuiCodex. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without any express or implied warranty of uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RuiCodex shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App — including but not limited to loss of game progress, loss of data, device malfunction or loss of profit.
In-game resources, crystals and other items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be used outside the App, and are not transferable or redeemable. RuiCodex may change game balance (production rates, costs, level thresholds) without prior notice.
The optional cloud backup service is provided on a reasonable-effort basis. Availability of server-side backups is not guaranteed in case of maintenance, outage or termination of the service; the authoritative save is the local one on your device. How your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
Reverse engineering the App, using its server endpoints for any purpose other than intended, sending requests via cheating or automation tools, and manipulating the leaderboard are prohibited. Violations may result in deletion of your server-side data.
All visual, audio and software content of the App belongs to RuiCodex and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
If these terms change, the updated version will be published on this page and the "Last updated" date will change. Continuing to use the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
